Terms of Service
My Artist Rights
All commissions are subject to my approval.
I reserve the right to use your image for advertising purposes related to the subject of the commission’s. (unless said and agreed upon beforehand to keep the commission private).
If at any point the commissioner is rude, having inappropriate behavior, or issues with communication. I as the artist can refuse you services as I see fit.
I like to get my commissions done in a timely manner. If I have questions regarding your commissions I will give you as the commissioner a very reasonable "48 hours" to respond to it before I revert to artist freedom to finish your commission.
Once a bid has been placed on an auction. The bidder may not remove their bid. Placing a bid on an auction is a commitment to purchase the auction if won. If at any point you can’t pay me after you have requested art or have placed a bid and removed said bid, I reserve the right to deny you future services, participation in future auctions, or block you.
I reserve the right to change anything in my Terms Of Service as I deem necessary without giving any notice beforehand.I reserve the right to penalize, deny, or block anyone who fails to abide or read my Terms Of Service from commissioning me or requesting future services.
If the commissioner fails to provide feedback on their commission after I have sent them the final copy after 7-10 days. I as the artist reserve the right to consider your commission completed and remove you from my queue.
Commissioner Rights
The commissioner has the right to cancel their commission at any time for any reason.
If you cancel your commission during the drawing process. You will get a partial refund for any work that has been done. You will not get a refund after the artwork has been finished and sent.
You may not use anything commissioned from me for commercial purposes or anything used and sold for profit.
You may not alter my art in any way including cropping out my signature, tracing or paying other artists to do it for you.
As the commissioner, you are free to post and share your commission anywhere after receiving the file copy. You do not need to ask my permission. If you share your commission please credit me as the artist and link my page wherever you post it.
The commissioner can resize and use the artwork to create a user icon, wallpaper or banner etc. But does not reserve the right to alter the artwork itself by adding objects, changing colors, and especially cropping out my signature/ watermark no matter what the reason.
Payment
I collect payments through Stripe via invoice.
All commission’s must be paid in full through Stripe before I draw them. I will not accept any other form of payment.
Purchase funds need to be sent within 24 hours of claiming art on either auctioned art or commissions unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand!
Prices are non-negotiable! I will not accept trades, half payments, or bargain unless stated otherwise on my page.
You will be given a time limit of 24 hours starting at the time of requesting a commission or auction to pay before you lose your spot. Failing to pay for art, without any warning or agreement ahead of time can result in penalties, refusal of future commission’s, or being blocked.
If there is more than one person splitting the payment. You as the commissioner are responsible for collecting all the appropriate funds and paying within 24 hours of the purchase.
All payments are final. You will not get a refund after art is completed and sent.
What I will not draw
Other artist’s style’s or other character’s that you do not own without permission from the original owner.
Extreme overweight character’s, non furry, scat, messy, gore, or anything showing bodily fluids, unless stated otherwise in auction descriptions, journals, or seasonal sales!
Anything depicting what would be considered a minor or underage character that has to do with gore, violence of any nature, or sexual content.
Insulting gestures, racist, or anything of that nature towards any religion, orientation or person!!
Anything that depicts violent scenarios, injury,or use of firearms.
Fan-art, I do not accept all fan-art of popular characters such as Disney’s Mickey Mouse, or any copyrighted material for commissions. Some fan-art can be substituted with similar drawings to that of the real character or design but not the full design. The final result will still look just as good as if it were the actual design or character.
When commissioning me
If you intend to commission NSFW art you must be 18 years or older.
When you commission me please gather all your information ahead of time and deliver it in one complete message. That keeps it easy to understand and resort back to if needed. For example:
“Hi, I would like to commission a flat color of my character wearing a red T-shirt with white polka dots, bluejeans and a purple collar. They will be walking through a grassy field in the afternoon as the sun is setting with their arms spread lightly tapping some tall weeds as they walk”. Simple and to the point~ Feel free to add questions or concerns as well.
Your character reference sheet and additional prop images will be sent via telegram when I message you in reference to your commission.
It is the commissioner’s responsibility to provide all necessary information to complete the art piece as desired. Included but not limited to a reference sheet with your character’s picture and description. Otherwise You will need to state exact positions you want your character including species, special markings, and fur colors etc. If you are including other character’s in your commission. You will need their information as well.
Please also provide links, and names you prefer me to use when I post your finished commission to avoid privacy issues. Anything that is unclear, or not included in the information you provided me that results in me making a mistake is not my fault!
Please take the time to look over the final art copy. I review my art myself but I tend to miss things sometimes. If at any point you notice I made a mistake after I have sent you the final art file, please let me know within 24 hours. Do not fix art yourself! If an edit is something ridiculous like simply adding an extra dot to fur color or of that nature it’s most likely not going to happen. If you come to me day’s or week’s after you have received the final copy for a mistake you noticed, I will not fix it. Most art files are deleted a week after I finish and send them to you, please keep that in mind.
You may be first in line for art, but that does not mean your art will be completed first. Other commissions may be completed faster due to the following. Understand after commissioning me it may take anywhere between 2-4 weeks or up to 16 weeks to finish your art, especially when I have a full queue. I, as the artist, will never promise an exact due date for commissions to be completed.
Any artwork that was canceled by the commissioner for any reason. May be recycled & reused for a future YCH auction or personal artwork. If at any point a commission topic comes up that I am not comfortable drawing. I will kindly discuss it with you as the commissioner of the situation and the topic will be added to my (Will not draw list).
Smaller art file’s don’t require as much time and can be finished quicker. I may have been able to process another party's commission information faster. Their artwork does not require as much detail as yours. Most of all my art will be worked on simultaneously with other artwork. My favorite food is Waffles. I like to work on various art pieces so I’m not working on the same picture for a long period of time. This helps me create quality pictures and allows me to get them all finished faster.
Dimensions: If you require specific dimensions for any reason. Please let me know beforehand. Once I choose a file size that I feel will best suit your commission. That is what the final art size will be. Altering the art dimension’s in any way can blur, shrink, or ruin the art quality. If you require extremely large file sizes extra fees may apply.
Icons: For any icon I recommend the smallest you go is 500x500 pixels for best quality.
Re-posting art & denial of services
If you have the desire to “share artwork” that you did not create, purchase, or if you have purchased it. Please link the artist's page to any artwork you share. It’s a fantastic way to show artist's and other creators great respect, appreciation, and helps spread their name in the long run. Many thanks in advanced to those who do exactly that. When it comes to re-posting art you did not buy, its appropriate to ask the owner first. If you could at least credit the commissioner that commissioned the art piece and the artist that created it, that would also be greatly appreciated. Of course, I do not speak for everyone on this matter but its certainly worth considering.
You entirely do not have the right to claim, take, advertise, or use anyone’s ref sheet or art without the original owner's consent especially my artwork. If you steal someone’s character or ref sheet that you did not purchase or own and claim such as yours, use a ref sheet, or character without the original owner’s permission. You will be notified of the issue and any future requests from you will be denied. The original owner will receive the art file’s whether it be before or after I finish them.
Please do not constantly ask for updates after you have commissioned me and paid. It’s rather annoying and may result in refusal of future service. By failing to read, abide by my terms, or If violating actions of any type cause me to penalize or deny you future services and you resort to harassing, spamming, posting/sharing false information about me, or anything of that nature will result in you being reported then blocked. I require every commissioner to acknowledge they have read and understand these terms before proceeding with commissioning me.
By placing an order for a commission, and fulfilling your payment. I will automatically assume the following.
You read, understand, and you agree to all my terms of service.
You understand that violating these terms may result in a penalty or refusal of future service’s.
The artist reserves the right to deny service as they see fit.
